Customized Client Evaluation

We take pride in personalizing our recruitment approach for each client. We conduct an in-depth assessment of your business and industry practices to identify the best talent for your needs. During this phase, the client signs a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ray Consultancy, outlining recruitment terms. Afterward, the client issues a Demand Letter (specifying positions and required numbers), Power of Attorney, and Specimen Agreement, allowing us to secure the necessary permissions to begin recruitment in India.

Comprehensive Evaluation

Our recruitment process starts with creating a detailed job description, serving as the basis for screening and shortlisting candidates. The job vacancy is then published and distributed through targeted channels such as print, periodicals, online platforms, mailing lists, SMS campaigns, and referrals. At the same time, we comb through our extensive candidate database to identify potential applicants.

Ray Consultancy provides a secure platform for receiving resumes in physical or digital formats. All resumes are carefully categorized and sorted based on job requirements, and industry experts approve or reject applications after thorough review.

This stage involves a variety of assessments, including technical, trade-specific, and behavioral evaluations. When necessary, physical or video interviews are arranged to ensure a well-rounded assessment of each candidate.

Shortlist Preparation

After filtering resumes across various categories, we compile a final shortlist of candidates. This shortlist includes detailed assessment and interview results for client consideration.

Client Presentation and Candidate Selection

We present the shortlisted candidates to our clients for final selection. Upon selection, we assist with negotiating salary terms (if authorized) and preparing the employment contract. Additionally, we begin collecting essential documents, such as passports, certificates, and photographs.

Documentation and Processing

Our team handles the processing of candidates’ documents for overseas employment, including medical checks, visa processing, police verification, and ECNR stamping on passports. Our specialized personnel and subcontractors manage these tasks with efficiency, even for high-volume recruitment.

Candidate Mobilization

Once all documents are cleared, Ray Consultancy coordinates travel arrangements based on ticket availability. We prepare travel checklists for candidates traveling in groups and notify the respective companies for a smooth meet-and-greet process. If required, we also conduct pre-travel inductions before departure. Our team ensures candidates arrive at their overseas destination and report on-site without hassle.
